OUR MISSION
The partnership between the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia was formalized with the signing of an MOU in Richmond, VA, in October 2024. Within this framework, Virginia SBDC and Select Friuli Venezia Giulia Agency are carrying out initiatives to strengthen international collaboration and bring together two vibrant communities of entrepreneurs, innovators, and dreamers. Together, we are building bridges across the Atlantic — sharing ideas, opening doors to new markets, and creating opportunities that uplift small and medium-size businesses and the people behind them.
Our mission is to inspire collaboration, celebrate cultural connection, and spark economic growth that leaves a lasting impact on both Friuli Venezia Giulia and Virginia.
